Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We deliver across India.
• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after your payment is verified.
• Delivery usually takes 4-8 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charge: ₹60 per order. Free shipping on orders of ₹1,500 or more.
• Once shipped, you will get the courier name and tracking ID by email. You can also check it on the Track Order page.

Damaged items

We pack every order carefully in a padded jewellery box. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email, along with a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel). We will replace the piece or refund its value after checking.

Returns

Because every piece uses natural stones and is made in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind (for example, if you no longer like the colour). Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure — we can share extra photos or videos of the actual piece.

Refunds

• If we cannot verify your payment, or an item is out of stock, we will refund the amount to the same UPI account you paid from.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 working days.
• Small differences in stone colour, size or inclusions are natural in gemstones and are not considered defects.
